Ease Into 5K: Week 1, Day 1

Got started today, and I think I'm going to like this program.  I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle the running bits, but they're spaced evenly apart and aren't too long (that last 60-second one was the worst, though). I do find it funny that, since I bought the app in the UK, the voice giving me cues is British.  Anyway, my workout summary:

Time: 26:45
Distance: 1.75miles

I am actually really excited to get back out there Wednesday to get Week 1, Day 2 under my belt.  I never thought I'd be excited to exercise!

    1. Yay! I think you will find it easy, and the cues for when to run and when to walk kept me pretty distracted, so you won't even know you're running. ;-) Good luck and can't wait to hear what you think tomorrow!

  2. GO, HEATHER!! GO, HEATHER!! I've used the same app (except without the British voice, I'd love that option!) and LOVED it. It kept me motivated and, like you, I actually looked forward to using it.
