Got started today, and I think I'm going to like this program. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to handle the running bits, but they're spaced evenly apart and aren't too long (that last 60-second one was the worst, though). I do find it funny that, since I bought the app in the UK, the voice giving me cues is British. Anyway, my workout summary:
I am actually really excited to get back out there Wednesday to get Week 1, Day 2 under my belt. I never thought I'd be excited to exercise!
