Ease Into 5K: Week 2, Day 2

Short post today just to log in my workout from this morning.  It's cold and wet here, and I want to curl up in a ball and vegetate for about five hours, but I have places to go, things to do.

Distance: 2.5 miles

It was another worm-minefield out there--something I will have to get used to, I suppose.  EWW.

I have one more run this week, but I'm not sure when I will fit it in.  It will probably have to be tomorrow afternoon after the Munchkin wakes up from her nap.
