Ease Into 5K: Week 1, Day 2 (a day late)

WHOOPS!  Forgot to post my workout from yesterday ...

Distance--I don't know.  The track I used was not marked.  I am assuming I got at least 1.5 miles in.

I have one more day in Week 1 and then the running times get longer.  Nervous about that but we shall see how I handle it!
