Didn't hurt as bad as it did the first time, but it was MUCH harder cardio-wise. After the third 60-second run, I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to finish. But I soldiered on! Now if I can just do Day 2 on Friday, then maybe--just maybe--I might get a habit formed. EEP.

ReplyDeleteSee.. I bought a new ipod when I started running a year ago. And since it was free, I added this laser-engraved message to it: THE FUTURE COMES ONE DAY AT A TIME. Thinking about that definitely helped me through the whole process..
Now I run 10k 3 times a week :)
